DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?


Luxe Bridal Lounge is { By Appointment ONLY }

We like to give each of our brides our undivided attention, which means appointments are always preferred. We will try to accommodate brides without appointments at last minute notice, however, will depend based on stylist availability.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?


We can accomodate 3 guests & the bride comfortably in our bridal lounge. You will want to bring guests who understand your style & give supportive feedback.




WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SAMPLE GOWNS?


Our sample gowns range from a size 8-16, however, we can order our gowns from a size 2-28.




HOW LONG WILL MY DRESS TAKE TO ARRIVE?


Our dresses on average take 4-6 months to be delivered. Rush orders can be placed at an additional charge.




WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?


Our dresses are made to order, not made to measure. It is probable alterations will be needed. Please note that Luxe Bridal Lounge do not offer alteration work, however we can recommend a local seamstress to complete your alterations.




HOW LONG IS MY APPOINTMENT?


Appointments are 60 minutes. As we are by appointment only, you will have the bridal lounge to yourself & your guests to enjoy. If you are having troubles deciding and simply want one of each, we can book you in for a follow up appointment.




WHAT DEPOSIT DO I NEED TO PAY ON THE DAY?


A 50% deposit is required to order your dress. The balance must be paid in 3 monthly instalments from the date of invoice via direct deposit, cash or credit card.




CAN I PURCHASE MY GOWN OTR { Off The Rack }?


Yes absolutely, if you purchase { Off the Rack } you can take your gown home on the day. Please note full payment is due on the day & we do not hold gowns.
